She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies and a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Strategic Marketing. She has 17 years of experience in the marketing industry managing international  brands of Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods and Over-the-Counter ranges in pharmacies.  Her experience spans local and regional marketing, leading cross functional teams and multi country teams in various areas of expertise such as products innovation- from idea generation through to market launch, integrated marketing communications, marketing strategies, marketing planning & processes and brand management. Sharon Lee has also conducted several workshops to generate ideas for marketing campaigns and branding exercises.  She has also consulted companies on market entry planning and business expansion programs.  She is now a lecturer for a university, making-it-real in classrooms by combining application with theoretical framework and concepts for various marketing modules at postgraduate and undergraduate programs.
